AI BET Assessment
Objective: This guide provides step-by-step instructions for successfully completing your AI BET (Business English Test) assessment on the FluentEdge platform.
1. Logging In and Navigating to the Assessment
Access the Platform: Open your web browser and navigate to the FluentEdge platform.
Enter Credentials: Type in your registered username and password.
Sign In: Click the "Sign In" button to access your personalized learning dashboard.
Navigate to AI BET: From the main navigation menu on the side, select the "AI BET" option to go to the assessment module.
2. Starting Your Assessment
Locate the Test: On the AI BET page, you will see cards for your "Baseline Assessment" and "Summative Assessment".
Initiate the Test: Find the Baseline Assessment card and click the "Start Schedule Test" button to begin the process.
3. Pre-Assessment System & Identity Verification
Before the exam starts, you must complete a series of automated checks.
System Checks: The platform will automatically verify your internet connection, camera, and microphone. Please grant any permissions requested by your browser.
Identity Verification:
Photo Capture: You will be prompted to take a photo of yourself.
Voice Sample: You will be asked to record a short voice sample for verification.
Review Instructions: Carefully read the exam instructions and terms of conduct.
Enter Passcode: Type the unique passcode provided for the test.
Begin Exam: Once all checks are complete, click "I Am Ready To Begin".
4. Completing the Exam Sections
The assessment is divided into four parts. Complete each one carefully.
Listening: You will hear audio clips. Listen closely and select the correct answer for the multiple-choice questions that follow.
Speaking: A prompt will be displayed on the screen. Click the record button and speak your response clearly.
Reading: Read the provided passages thoroughly and answer the corresponding comprehension questions.
Writing: You will be given a prompt. Type your written response into the text field provided.
5. Submitting the Assessment
Review Your Answers: After finishing the last section, a summary screen will appear, showing the status of all your answers.
Finalize Submission: If you are ready, click the "Submit" button to finalize your exam. A confirmation pop-up may appear; click "Submit" again to confirm.
6. Accessing Your Report
Confirmation: You will see a final page confirming that your exam has been successfully submitted.
Check Dashboard: Return to the AI BET dashboard. The status on the assessment card will now show as "Completed".
View Report: After a processing period of approximately 30 minutes, your comprehensive AI BET test report will be available. The button on the card will change to "View Result," allowing you to view and download your detailed report.
