FluentEdge Dashboard & League – User Walkthrough Guide

Overview: The FluentEdge Dashboard provides real-time, personalized insights into your English learning journey. The FluentEdge League gamifies progress, motivating learners through XP points, streaks, and competitive rankings.

Step 1: Accessing the Dashboard

1. From the side menu, go to Admin & Analytics.

2. Click on “My Dashboard” to open your personalized dashboard.

Step 2: Dashboard Features

1. Performance Summary

• CEFR Level achieved

• Total Lessons Completed

• XP Points earned

• Daily Streaks maintained

2. Score Comparison

• Compare Baseline BET Score vs. Summative BET Score

• Measure improvement and growth over time

3. Skills Performance Analysis

• Breakdown of performance in Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing

• Side-by-side comparison between baseline and summative scores

4. Detailed Test Results

• Access individual test attempts

• View detailed score breakdowns for each section

5. Performance Trends

• Visual graphs showing progress from initial scores to current CEFR bands

Step 3: Exploring the FluentEdge League

How It Works:

• Earn XP Points by:

  • Attempting AI FluentEdge course challenges

  • Completing course levels

  • Practicing consistently

• As XP grows → move up in League Rankings

• Encourages healthy competition & motivation within your group

Multi-Organization View:

• Default view shows progress within your organization

• Toggle “View Multi-Org Data Leagues” to see standings across multiple organizations
