Step 1: Log In

• Enter your registered credentials to access the platform. Tip: Ensure a stable internet connection and a working microphone for the best performance.

Step 2: Navigate to the Communication Gym

• From the main dashboard, click on “Communication Gym.”

Step 3: Enter the Speaking Lab

• Inside the Communication Gym, select “Speaking Lab.”

• This is where your speaking journey begins.

Step 4: Choose Your Level

The Speaking Lab offers three levels to match your skill and confidence:

• Beginner

• Intermediate

• Advanced

Choose the level that best suits your current comfort zone.

Step 5: Start Your Challenge

• Click on the desired level.

• Hit “Begin Challenge” to start your speaking task.

Step 6: Read the Question

• A prompt will appear on your screen. Take a few seconds to understand and mentally plan your response.

Step 7: Start Speaking

• Click “Start Recording.”

• Speak clearly and confidently in response to the prompt.

Step 8: Pause When Done

• After finishing your answer, click “Pause” to stop the recording.

Step 9: Check Your Performance

Click “Check” to view instant AI feedback, including:

• Summary Score

• Fluency Score

• Pronunciation Score

This feedback highlights your strengths and areas for improvement.

Step 10: Submit Your Response

• If satisfied with your attempt, click “Submit” to save your response.

Step 11: View Results

• Click “View Result” for a detailed breakdown of your performance. Use these insights to track your progress and focus on growth areas.
